We’ve taken Discount Tire’s trucks to Ferguson Truck Center since 2003 because any time we have work done, Scott explains what needs to be done so I know what’s going on. Sometimes they’ll be doing work and see something else that could cause trouble. Scott will call me and ask if I want to go ahead and get it handled now. That saves me downtime on my trucks. Back when we took our trucks to the dealer, they’d only do what you told them to do. Ferguson Truck Center takes good care of us. They watch for problems before they’re problems, keep me informed and let me make the decisions.

I am 100% satisfied with Ferguson Truck Center’s service. They’re my sole provider because they’re straight forward, honest, and when I need something done, they get me in and handle it. They charge a fair price for the quality of work they do. You’re going to pay more for quality service. I don’t have a problem with that. They’re really good about quality control and tell me about problems before they’re problems. All we have are Freightliner trucks and I choose Ferguson Truck Center over the Freightliner dealer.
